One connected view of plans, payments and deductions.

Revya connects deductions, remittances and backup files from your inbox and portals. Match records by customer, product and period, then use the same evidence to recover invalid charges and plan trade spend.

How recovery informs your next plan.

Three places in the product where recovery feeds planning, and planning makes recovery more accurate.

  1. Matching Promotions

Every promo deduction is checked against the promo on your calendar. In the deduction drawer, Matching Promotions opens that promo in Promo Calendar.

    See deductions
  2. Add Promo

A promo deduction with nothing on the calendar lands in the Review Queue with the dollars it blocks. Add Promo opens Plan Promo with the retailer, distributor and dates filled in, and once the promo is on the calendar the waiting deductions clear on their own.

    See the Review Queue
  3. Off-Plan Actual

Trade spend actuals sets planned spend against the deductions retailers actually took. Deductions with no promo behind them show up as off-plan spend while there’s still time to act.

You connect your deductions inbox. We connect the rest.

Connect the inbox where remittances and distributor notices arrive. Portals, backup files, carriers and sales data are set up with you during onboarding, then Revya handles collection and matching while your team reviews the decisions.

  1. Connect your deductions inbox

Gmail or Microsoft 365. That’s the setup on your side.

  2. We connect the rest

Portals, backup files, carriers and sales data are set up with you. Live in about two weeks.

  3. Revya checks and plans

Every deduction is validated, and every promo on your calendar is priced against what was really taken.

  4. You approve and close

Review the verdicts, approve the GL coding and the plan, and export.

How the platform works, answered.

Can I use trade planning without deduction recovery?

Yes, the planner stands on its own. But plan vs actual and cost to serve include more of the actual costs when deductions are in the same system, because that’s where the retailer tells you what they really took.

How long does onboarding take?

Most brands are live in about two weeks. Setup takes about two to three hours of your team’s time, then typically under 30 minutes a month.

Do I have to upload files?

Not day to day. Revya runs from your deductions inbox and the sources connected during onboarding. If you want a faster recovery estimate, you can send one export.

Is my data secure?

Connections are read-only. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), with least-privilege access, MFA and audit logging. A SOC 2 Type II program is in progress.

Both run on the same data.
